Return & Exchange

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.

Cash returns are not available, as full inspection is allowed before delivery.

Returns are not accepted due to size issues, style preference, or minor color variations caused by lighting or screen differences.

If delivery is refused for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects, the customer bears the full shipping cost.
